What it feels like
West 7th is where Fort Worth goes out. Restaurants, bars and the shops at Montgomery Plaza are packed close together, with the Trinity River and Trinity Park right at the edge. A few minutes over, the Cultural District has the Kimbell, the Modern and the Amon Carter museums, and on concert or rodeo nights the arena is lit up and buzzing.
Getting around
A lot of it is easy to do on foot, and downtown is just a few minutes east. Camp Bowie Boulevard runs through the Cultural District with places to stop all along the way, and University Drive heads south toward TCU and the Fort Worth Zoo.
